He is survived by: his wife Idie Parmet; his children, Lori Gold (Mitchell), Staci Zimmerman (Mark) and David Parmet (Mindy); and his grandchildren, Kyle Gold, Ryan Gold, Maya Parmet, Abby Gold, Justin Parmet and Sydney Zimmerman.

He was totally engaged with our grandaughter whenever possible and never missed an opportunity to participate in her life and activities.
