He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald "Jerry" Sr. Harvey and Maxine Harvey (Garrison); and his brothers, Gary Harvey, Sr. and Michael Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Cuky Choquette; his children, Sean Paul Harvey of Santa Monica, CA and Noelle Harvey Caldwell (Daniel) of Overland Park; his grandchildren, Aiden Harvey, Alexander Caldwell, Adrien Caldwell, Elise Caldwell and Emma Caldwell; his siblings, Kathleen Harvey Taylor, Mary Theresa Gauthier of Kansas City, MO, Patricia Harvey of Kansas City, MO and Maurice "Moss" Harvey; his grandson Sean; and his brother Bud. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
