She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Moore and Marjorie Moore (Giordano). She is survived by: her husband Keith Chapman; her children, Bradley Chapman (Abby) and Lauren Chapman; her siblings, Christi Haviland, Tina Shaffroth (Roger), David Moore, Pat Moore (Dana), Brian Moore (Shelly) and Peter Moore (Lisa); and her siblings-in-law, Chris Chapman and Kay Ingram (Neal).
