He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Charles L. Burner and Verda E. Burner (Wagner) of Sarcoxie, MO.; and his sisters, Ardith Lee Sehnert and Laura Jean Wilson. He is survived by: his daughters, Katharine Gayle and Colleen Suzanne of Portland, OR; his wife Joyce A. Burner; his daughter Kate Makosky (Dan) of St. Paul, MN; his grandchildren, Alexander Lee and Micah Robert Makosky; and his siblings-in-law, Mark C. Adams of Kansas City, MO and Carolyn Adams of Boonville, MO. He is also survived by several cousins, two nephews, and a niece; and more friends.
