She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Avon Doty and Maude Marie Doty (Gemmill); her husband Wayne Lasley; her siblings, Johnie Doty, Alma Haden and Opal Mainey; and her son-in-law Bob McCormick.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Lasley (Debby) of Kansas City, Kansas and Tena Lasley McCormick (Benny Avis) of Gravois Mills, Missouri; her daughter-in-law JoAnn DeMeyer (Jerry) of Kansas City, Kansas; her grandchildren, Jenny Mergel (Rich), Jessy Lasley of Kansas City and Ryan McCormick of Versailles, Missouri.; and her great grandchildren, Tristan, Carson, Sophie and Naomie.
