He is survived by: his wife Tamara "Tammy" Elaine (Patton); his children, Julie Michelle Fiscus (David), John Timothy Porterfield (Teresa), Sarah Jean Jones (Matthew) and Jacob Lee Porterfield; his siblings, Dennis Porterfield (Janna) and Jeannie Mizell (Gary); his grandchildren, Courtney Harris (Ryan), Isaac Jones (Nicole), Samantha Jones, Braden Jones (Dessie), Lucas Porterfield, Elizabeth "Liddy" Porterfield, John "Jack" Porterfield and Samuel Porterfield; his great grandchildren, James Jones, Harper Harris and Emelia Jones; his nieces, Anne Verhulst (Bobby), Kathleen Kling (Ryan), Margaret Bennett (Scott) and Rebecca Rebout (Matthew); and his nephew Michael Mizell (Ashley).
