He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnell Nicodemus and Margaret Nicodemus (Thornberg); and his spouse Dea "Deanna" Sorensen. He is survived by: his children, Avonda Nicodemus of Kansas City and Daniel Nicodemus of Leavenworth, Kan.; his siblings, Debra Richardson of Garden City, Bob and Dennis Nicodemus of Savannah; and his grandchildren, Allysha Woodson of Springfield, Jackson Nicodemus of Olathe, Dale Nicodemus of Leavenworth and Zackariah Nicodemus of Kansas City.
Memorials are suggested the First Christian Church.
