As Rose departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Rose. Though Rose may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Seth Boyd and Rozella Boyd (Bonesteel); and her husband Robert Eugene Gillette. She is survived by: her children, Andrea Frymire, Anita Scheer, Robert M. Gillette (Roberta) and Rose Marie Gillette. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery (150 Muncie Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
