She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. and Mary T. Swiderski (Tetlinski); her husband Charles F. Phillips; and her siblings, John, Frank, Robert, Anna Hayes, Sister Anne Joseph (Florence) and Sister Ann Perpetua.
She is survived by: her children, Mitzie Frietchen (Jerry), Elaine Hughes, Jo Ann Jones (Mark) and Charles G. Phillips (Clarice). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Joseph Church, the Saint Vincent de Paul Society or Crossroads Hospice.
