We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2024, at the age of 88, Mary J. O'Brien (Leavenworth, Kansas), born in La Cygne, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonie Chadwick and Mary Chadwick; her husband David J. O'Brien; and her siblings, Louise Schuck, Lonnie Chadwick, Ed Chadwick and Fred Chadwick.

She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Kellem; her grandchildren, Autricia Paul (Tony), Carley Qualls (Ryan), David Knight and Autrey Knight; her great grandchild Bobbie Davidson; and her grandchildren, Michael Shane Fleming, Michelle Fleming, Matthew Davidson (Tiffany), Cody Davidson, Aliah Fleming and Corelle Fleming.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery (150 Muncie Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
