She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin F. Light, Sr. and Ora Gifford Light; her husband Bill J. Vance; and her siblings, Marvin F. Light, Jr., Melvin Light and Marjorie Wood Light.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly E Vance of Waukesha, Mark A. Vance of Kansas City and Michelle A Vance Taylor of Leavenworth; and her grandchildren, Derek A Vance of Shawnee, Blaine R. Vance of Overland Park, LeAnn M. Vance of Milwaukee and Christopher M. Vance of Milwaukee. She is also survived by 2 step-siblings, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to L.A.W.S, Hope Animal Shelter, or Alzheimer's Association.
