It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mabel Eleanor Johnson (Leavenworth, Kansas), who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 108, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedar Evensen and Hilma Pettersen; her husband A. Kenneth Johnson; her son Kenneth R. Johnson; and her brothers, Arthur, Max and Lester.

She is survived by: her sister Joni Odegaard; her children, Elizabeth Hansen (Alan) and Gary Johnson (Bonnie); her daughter-in-law Karyl (Kenny); her grandchildren, Kimberly Stemmer (Eric), Daniel Hansen (Emily), Keith Johnson (Julie), Kit Bessenbacher (Paul), David Hansen (Birdie), Jonathan Hansen (Sheroquai), Peter Johnson, Andrew Johnson and Jacob Johnson (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Megan Stemmer, Nathan Johnson, Greta Hansen, Audrey Hansen and Errol Hansen; and her cousin Mary Ann Stiansen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
