He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Ann Kampmeier Malcolm. He is survived by: his daughters, Marni Mills (Patrick) and Megan VanBuren (Monte); and his grandchildren, Samantha Greene (Kyle) and Mason VanBuren. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Porter Funeral Home (8535 Monrovia, Lenexa, KS 66215).
