“My deepest condolences to the Hackett family. I knew Justin since we were 23 years old together, we met in replacement company at Riley on our second trip back to Ft. Riley. We were both young buck sergeants at the time. I phoned Justin several years after I left the army when I was going through a rough period of time. He was a standup guy, a little crazy at times, but no finer guy to have your back. Even though we grew apart over time and distance Justin was the little brother I never had.”
