She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Green and Louise Green; and her brother Edward W. Green of Leavenworth. She is survived by: her husband Eugene F. Smith; her daughter Christine Louise Mangels (Don); her grandchildren, Tyler Dean (Kayleigh) of Tulsa, OK and Emily Louise of Wichita; and her sister-in-law Deedie Green Thrasher. She is also survived by nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be given to St. Casimir Church, C.W. Parker Carousel Museum, or the Women's Community Y.
