He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theresa Hoffman (Jordan) and Michael Hoffman (Mic); his wife Michelle Hines; his sons, Isaac Michael Hoffman and Jack Lee Hoffman; his adoptive son Milo; his brothers, Scott (Angie), David (Jessica) and Philip (Kristen Hoffman); his sons-in-law, Mikey and Jon; his friends, Mike Best, Sean Casey and Johnny Gentrup; and his child Watertown. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters.
