She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Haeffner and Leona Haeffner (Carl); her husband Hugh M. Bell Jr.; and her grandson Anthony. She is survived by: her sisters, Sharon and Elaine; her children, Hugh (Melodie), Donald (Delia), David (Leticia) and Jennifer; her grandchildren, Shaun, Kyle, Corey, Logan, Stephanie, Marc, Jonathan and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Maddison, Matthew, Haylee, Asher, Cuyler, Liam, Noah, Jack and Oliver.

Memorials are suggested to First United Methodist Church in Leavenworth.
