He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Rodriguez and Juanita Rodriguez (Inojos); his wife Ana M. Rodriguez; his daughter Kristin A. Rodriguez; and his brother Thomas G. Rodriguez.

He is survived by: his children, Kristi and Eduardo Rodriguez (Christina) of Chula Vista, CA; his grandchildren, Eddie Rodriguez, Alex Cervantes, Christian Cervantes and Charlee Da Rosa of Chula Vista, CA; his brother Ray Rodriguez (Connie); and his sister-in-law Chata Brawner of Jamul, CA..
