She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Blanton and Grace Blanton (Mooney); her husband Edward J. Wiley, Jr.; and her sister Joanne Link. She is survived by: her children, Paul D. Hall of Leavenworth, Kansas and Jeanette Broyles of Leavenworth, Kansas; her stepsons, Mike and Pete Wiley; and her sisters, Shirley and Eva. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
