He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cooke and Florence Cooke; and his siblings, George Cooke and Marian Bailey (Cooke). He is survived by: his wife Helen Delores Cooke (Dee); his children, Gary Cooke (Wondra) and Sandy Dungan; and his grandchildren, Bryce Cooke, Devon Cooke, Deaton Cooke, Garek Cooke (Madalyn) and Collin Dungan U. S. M..
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Resurrection (13720 Roe Ave, Leawood, KS 66224). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery (150 Muncie Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
