She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Walter and Marie Walter (Hoag); her husband Robert; her daughter Jacqueline Mills (Scott) of Springfield, Vir.; her sister JoAnn Todd; her son-in-law Bill Howard; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Connor, Brett Mills, Blake Howard (Lesley) and Alison Forge (Mitch). She was also cherished by six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Leavenworth Animals Welfare Society (L.A.W.S.) or the Parkinson's Foundation.
