He was predeceased by: his mothers, Ruby Manford and Stella Faye Patton (Wright); and his siblings, Charlie, Marion, Jerry, Joe, Marvin Patton and Helen Douglas.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Hanson; his children, Tony Patton of Leavenworth and Melissa Patton Harrison of Lansing, Kan.; and his siblings, Joyce Wells, Patsy Pempin and Mike Patton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Leavenworth County Humane Society.
