He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill, Frances Mercer and Geraldine O'Brien; and his uncle Mike O'Brien. He is survived by: his parents, Edward O'Brien and Sandra O'Brien; his grandfather Walter O'Brien; his sisters, Stephanie Wallace (John), Lindsey O'Brien and Leslie O'Brien; his girlfriend Rhonda Salvador; his former wife Kelly O'Brien; and his pet Chopper. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
