He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carmody and Mary Carmody. He is survived by: his wife Grace; his sons, Tom (Kay), John (Wendy) and Mike (Dee Dee); and his grandchildren, Tyler Carmody (Tori Wallenburg), Jeff Carmody (Kristina), Nikki Nicholson (Ryan), Matt Carmody (Catie McDonough), Margie Glenn (Spencer), Brian Carmody (Megan) and Ellie Carmody. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, and cousins.
