He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bell and Dorothy Bell (Metz); and his brothers, William Bell and Patrick Bell. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Waggoner (Johnny), Marji Breault, Robert Bell (Robin) and Debbie Wingebach (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
