We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2023, at the age of 65, Terrence Phillips (Lawrence, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lewis and Carolyn Phillips; his daughter Madelyn Anne Irene; his brother Jon Phillips (Vickie); his sister-in-law Dana Tebo; his nephew Chris (Emma); and his nieces, Taylor and Katelyn.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations to LMH Health oncology services in recognition of the outstanding, kind and compassionate care Terry received.
