He is survived by: his friend Libby; his children, Samuel and Abigail; his mother Alene Marie Gorton; his wife Mary; his stepsons, James and Matthew Pickert; his stepmother Gail Gorton; his mothers-in-law, Ruth Lancaster, Ann Hott and Connie Pickert; his siblings, Vicki Richardson (Dean), Kathy Maxwell (Roger), Liz Gorton Shrestha and Randy (Amy); his uncle Carl Gorton; and his close friend Steve Fee. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
