He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Putthoff and Ruth Putthoff (Ingraham); his children, Kirstin Anton (Phil) of Phoenix, AZ, Heidi Barnes (Jimmy), Jeff Putthoff (Peggy), Ted Putthoff, Lawrence and Tony Putthoff (Mindy); his grandchildren, Travis, Alisha (Cameron), Derick, Lorelei, Lani, Jared, Jacob, Kylee and Gavin; his great grandchild Leanne; his siblings, Greg Putthoff (Laurie), Tom Putthoff (Andrea), John Putthoff (Pam), Kathy Franklin (Larry), Lawrence and Susie Salustio (Mauro) of Olathe, KS; his brothers-in-law, Michael Newell (Janie) of Southlake, TX, Mitch Newell (Linda) of Wichita Falls, TX and Marlon Newell; and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Nick, Zach, Michael, Lindsey, Josh, Tyson, Emily, Preston, Adam, Joey, Vinnie, Gabby, McKenna, McGwire, Michelle, Kevin and TJ.
