Though Starla may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Starla touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garry Neil and Anna Nadine Michael (Etherton); and her boyfriend John. She is survived by: her daughters, Tiffany Fishburn (Jay) of Lawrence, KS and Courtney Brink of Raleigh, NC; her brothers, Steve Michael (Dawn Berry) of Wellsville and Brian Michael of Olathe; her granddaughters, Anna of Lawrence and Emma Fishburn of Lawrence; her niece Tracy Strickland (Adam); and her nephews, Kurtis Michael (Erin), Ryan Michael and Arran Michael (Jordon).
