It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Phillips in Lawrence, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Liese and Ruth Liese; and her husband Oliver Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Phillips (Jean) of Perry and Mark Phillips (Becky) of Hillsboro, Oregon; and her grandchildren, Grace, Laura, Luke, Tom and Nick.
