He was predeceased by: his niece Dana Perry; and his brother-in-law Gary Dick. He is survived by: his wife Carla (Reese) of Lawrence; his daughter Sarah Nordlund (Dale); his siblings, Sheryl Dick and Dan Perry (Linda); and his brothers-in-law, Rick Reese (Mary Ellen) and Ron Reese (LeAnna).
