He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Givens and Georgia Givens; and his brothers, Eugene, Donald (Larry) and Gary Givens.
He is survived by: his wife Jean of Lawrence; his children, Rhonda Felix (Larry) of Olathe, Julie Pruitt (Curt), Wayne (Charles Bradford), Kyle Givens (Leslie) and Amy (Jesse Blevins); and his sister Zelma Solomon. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren.
