He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Sobba and Bertha Sobba (Pickert); and his brother Leroy Sobba. He is survived by: his wife Norma Sobba; his children, Kenneth Sobba, J. R. Pennington, Terrie Titus and Debra Bugner; and his siblings, Bernice Brown, Mary Graham and Earl Madison. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
