He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Halbert and Dale Halbert (Campbell); and his siblings, George Halbert and Rebecca Axmann. He is survived by: his wife Christina Halbert (Johnson); his children, Julie Halbert, Robin Halbert, Stanley Halbert and Alvin Halbert; and his brother Phil Halbert. He is also survived by two grandchildren, and one great-grand child.
