Richard Alan Kerr Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Alan Kerr of Lawrence, Kansas, born in Canton, Illinois, who passed away on November 1, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray A. Kerr and Florence "Peggy" Kerr (Stevenson); his wife Mary Kerr (Crabb); and his sister Nancy White (Kerr). He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Andrew Kerr (Rachel) of Macomb, Illinois and Mark Kerr (J. D.); his grandchildren, Dr. Catherine Kerr of Lawrence, Elizabeth Kerr Glascock (Jaden) of Pekin, Julius Goldberg of Ithaca, Máiri-Lee and Jaek-Lee Kerr of Asunción, Paraguay.; and his brother Larry Kerr (Cathy) of Macomb, Illinois. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
