He was predeceased by: his wife Julene Jensen; and his siblings, Ruby Howard Hines, Cleon Howard and Bernice Howard Foster. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Howard of Lawrence, KS and Larraine (France); his son-in-law Gary Kapka of Miamisburg, OH; his grandson David Kapka (Sunny); his great grandchildren, Teagan, Bennett and Bowen of Springboro, OH; his niece Donna (David Allen) of Rye, NH; his nephew James (Paula Howard) of Middleton, NH; and his close friend April Dwyer of Lawrence, KS..
