She is survived by: her husband Lanny; and her children, Sara Desmond (John) of Joplin, MO., Philip Maddux (Elizabeth) of Warsaw, OH, Mark Maddux (Janice) of Columbus, OH and Laura Green (Tyler) of Lawrence, KS. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren, and her 8 great-grandchildren.
