She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence W. Mages and Marjorie Mckoon Mages; her husband Carl Clarence "Sonny" Hoover; and her brother Paul Frederick Mages. She is survived by: her children, David Hoover of Stanberry, Missouri and Debbie Babbitt of Overbrook, Kansas; her siblings, Vicki Isaacs of Lawrence, Kansas and Larry Mages of Ottawa, Kansas.; her grandchildren, Paytan Hoover of St. Joseph and Amy Hoover of Stanberry, Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Alora Eileen Osborn and Ivy Pearl Gage. She is also survived by her four step-grandchildren and ten great step-grandchildren.
