She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Jane Gentry of Olathe, KS, David Lynn Blair (DeAnna) of Shawnee, KS and Carolyn Sue Laskowski of Lawrence, KS; her granddaughter Nicole Christine Gentry; her children, Levi Gentry, Christine Diane Laskowski Cate (Alex) of Lawrence, KS, Mark Charles Laskowski of Lawrence, KS, William Kenneth Blair (Makenzie) of Olathe, KS and Joseph David Blair of Shawnee, KS.; her great grandchildren, Della Rose Marie Gentry of Olathe, KS and Luke Charles Cate of Lawrence, KS; and her nieces and nephews, Alan Lamantia (Marie), Candace Johnson (Hal), Christine Patek, Mark Lamantia and Diane Langhorst of Williamsburg, VA..
