He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Johnathan Richardson (Tresa) and Rebecca "Elease" Paden (Will); his stepdaughter Cheryl Green (Ben); his son Nathaniel Hawkins Jr. (LaDonna); his wife Alice Mae; his parents, Elease Turner and Louise Turner; and his siblings, Gloster Turner, Ted Turner, Molly Ethel Wilbert (Joe), Sarah Neal (Roosevelt), Christine Longmire, Lola Mae Tyree (Andre), Cynthia Kratochvil (Chris), Maggie Cosey (Eugene), Mary Hamilton (Lee), Gloria Bolden, Chris Earl, Charles Ray, Daniel Turner (Cheryl) of Solomon Turner, O. C, Steven Turner and Gregory Turner. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
