It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michele Jonckhére Garcia (Lawrence, Kansas), who passed away on July 11, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jonckhére (Margerite Deligny Jonckhére) and France; her husband Thomas Garcia Jr.; and her grandson Keith. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Garcia III, Dolores Ortiz (Stephen), Yvonne Garcia (Alan) and Francine Gonzalez. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
