It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Marguerite Miller Cayton of Lawrence, Kansas, who passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Kelly and Marguerite Kathleen Kelly (Reilly); her husband Nathan Harman Miller; and her daughter Nancy Miller. She is survived by: her son James Miller of Lawrence; her grandchildren, Richard Hatch of Lawrence and Tiffany Hatch (Travis) of Eudora; her great grandchildren, Matt of Eudora, Caden of Eudora, Alyssa of Eudora, Destiny of Eudora, Kaislyn, Traxton, Carter and Bryson; and her great great grandchildren, Kehlahni and Melody.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home (601 Indiana St, Lawrence, KS 66044). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Maple Grove Cemetery.
