With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Jane Grinter of Lawrence, Kansas, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 27, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Brown and Ruby Brown (Danforth); and her siblings, Frank Brown and Mona Norman. She is survived by: her husband Jim Grinter; her children, Mark Grinter (Helena) of Manhattan, KS, Ted Grinter (Kris) and Jennifer Stilgenbauer (Jeff) of Lawrence, KS; and her grandchildren, Anna, James, Sidney, Callie, Evan and Emma. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
