She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jr. Cawley and Frances Seifner Cawley; her husband William Anthony "Tony" Ice; her sister Evelyn Desch; and her daughter-in-law Mary Margritz Ice.
She is survived by: her children, Janet McAfee (David) of Valley Falls, KS, Greg (Susie) of Georgetown, TX, Steve (Janis) of Topeka, KS, Andy (Joan) of Johnson City, TN and Chris of Winter Park, FL.; and her siblings, Phyllis Forchee, Robert "Bob", Eudora, Galen (Cathy) of Coloma, MI, Dennis (Janet) of Shawnee, KS and Warren David Cawley of Shawnee, KS. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Marie's name to St. John's Catholic School and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
