He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Wingert and Elsie Elizabeth Wingert (Peterson); his wife Doris Cox; his brothers, Leo, Merle, Gene, Clarence, Jimmy and Alfred; and his son-in-law Jeff Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Janice Miller and Larry Wingert (Lynn); his grandchildren, Kyle Miller (Shelbie), Troy Wingert (Jennifer), Emily Pritchard (Josh) and Matthew Wingert; his great grandchildren, Caden and Hudson Pritchard; and his siblings, Carroll Wingert (Donna) and Katherine Koehler (Wingert).
