He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Roy and Anita Joyce Blythe (Tregellas); and his siblings, Carl Blythe and Lori Kyle. He is survived by: his sister Susan Younkman (John) of Pratt; his nieces and nephews, Kayla, Jessika, Tiffany, Shane, Nathan and Melissa; and his great-nephew Tristan.
