He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, J. C. Wynes (Jim) and Ethel Hargrove Wynes; his daughters, Debbra Peres, Sharri Hacker, Kassy Wynes, Cathy Brittain of Lawrence, Christina Brittain of Lawrence and Amanda Brittain; and his siblings, Lois Mead and Linn Wynes of Lawrence, Kansas. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces and 3 nephews.
