With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kurt E. Burkhart of Lawrence, Kansas, born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on June 10, 2022 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Burkhart and Shirley Burkhart; and his mother-in-law Judy Richardson. He is survived by: his close friend Scott Richardson; his sisters, Paula Greeson (David) and Diane Barrett (Pete); his sister-in-law Lori Wiggins; his father-in-law Darrell Richardson; his nieces and nephews, Tanya Fisher, Terra Salser (Kevin), Amanda Gnadt (Alex), Morgan Holloman (Tyler), Darrin Wiggins and Dustin Moore (Kelsey); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haylee Fisher, Raynee Fisher, Mariah Martinez, Maylayna Moore, Koltin Salser, Adler Gnadt, Michael Moore and Liam Elder-Pizzulo.
