He is survived by: his mother Grace Slaubaugh (Miller) of Kalona, IA; his aunts and uncles, Kathryn Slaubaugh, Helen Lindstrom of Wellman, IA, Mary Ellen Lichty (Ralph) of Goshen, IN, Maurice Miller (Susan) of Milwaukee, WI and John Miller (Rachel) of Lawrence, KS; and his brother-in-law Don Murray of Parnell, IA. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
