He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Marie Cooley of Atchison, KS; his children, Terry Burkart (Heather), Andy Burkart (Barb), Randy Burkart, Wendy Dickey (Bill Thomas), Krista Johnson (Jeff) and Sarah Maas (Shane); his grandchildren, Courtney Stanley (Matt), Kyra Blecker (John), Carter Burkart (Julia Klein), Nick Burkart (Sarah), Drew Burkart (Elizabeth Thompson), Allen Burkart (Chelsea), Hanna Dickey, Trent Johnson, Max Johnson, Leah Johnson, Dakota Maas, Owen Maas and Brooklin Maas; and his siblings, Jack Burkart, Wayne Burkart, Tommy Burkart, Gary Burkart (Eileen), Kathy Winter and Janie Moran. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
